We put a lot of care into our subscription boxes, but we unfortunately can not be responsible for any missing, damaged, or stolen boxes once delivered.
Please be sure to use a secure address that is safe from elements or possible theft.
If a crystal or mineral is damaged during shipping due to a packaging error, please email support@enchantedcrystal.com with a photo and explanation of the problem.
