What if crystals are damaged or something is missing?
If a crystal or mineral is damaged during shipping, please email support@enchantedcrystal.com with a photo and explanation of the problem.
A lot of care is put into packing all of our crystals and minerals. But sometimes things happen. Many crystals or minerals are delicate and need to be handled and unwrapped carefully. If a selection is damaged on accident, please reach out and we'll look into a replacement in your next shipment.
