If you ever need to cancel your subscription, you can do so by logging into your account here and editing your subscription options.
Refunds are typically not available for already shipped subscription boxes. This happens between the 5th and 8th of every month, depending on volume.
If your subscription has already renewed, please request a refund within 5 calendar days of being billed.
Example: All subscriptions renew on the 15th of every month, so to be eligible for a refund, you should request one by the 20th of that month.
A lot of effort goes into planning and preparing these boxes and the more time we have, the better!
